Our founder, dr Srdana Taborosi, built this agency on more than a decade of hands-on leadership experience and a PhD in Management, Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior.

Having led teams of more than 50 members across Asia, Europe, and the United States, she witnessed firsthand how communication, motivation, and trust evolve in virtual environments. Her research revealed one clear truth:
