Starlings are among the most intelligent birds, known for forming murmurations. Those are vast, synchronized groups that move as one without a single word spoken, numbering sometimes a million birds.

Dr Srdana Taborosi, based in Hungary, is the Founder and Lead Consultant of our remote-first consulting agency. With a PhD in Management specializing in Applied Psychology and Organizational Behavior, she combines academic research with over a decade of hands-on experience in teleworking to help organizations thrive in distributed environments.
Dr Taborosi’s research focuses on remote and hybrid teams, and she actively publishes and reviews in peer-reviewed journals. Her mission is to bridge science and practice, translating complex research into practical strategies that drive real organizational impact.
